Are you looking to deepen your spiritual growth and evolution?
If so, you may want to consider Brainspotting (BSP).
Brainspotting is something I’ve integrated into my own work.
It is an embodied form of therapy that can help you to access and heal past trauma and repressed emotions.
By allowing us to access our stored trauma and emotions, BSP can be a powerful tool for spiritual growth and development.
It can help us to access deeper levels of our being, allowing us to tap into our inner wisdom and connection to the divine.
Additionally, BSP can help us to cultivate a more positive relationship with our physical body, as well as a sense of self-compassion and self-love.
In this blog post, we will explore how BSP can be used as a tool for furthering one’s spiritual growth and evolution.
Here’s a video I made on how Brainspotting works:

As the Universe continues to expand and grow, so does the way we approach our own growth and evolution.
One tool that has been gaining traction in recent years is called Brainspotting (BSP), an embodied form of therapy that can help us to access and heal past trauma and repressed emotions.
While Brainspotting has been incredibly effective in helping people to work through and process their traumas, it can also be a powerful tool for spiritual growth and evolution.
Brainspotting is a type of therapy that uses a combination of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and eye movements to help access and process stored trauma and emotions.
When we access stored trauma and emotions, we can begin to move through them, begin to integrate the bound up energy associated with them, allowing us to heal and create a deeper relationship with ourselves and our environment.
When used for spiritual growth and development, Brainspotting can allow us to access deeper levels of our being, allowing us to tap into our inner wisdom and connection to the divine in us.
Through this process, we can gain access to memories and emotions that have been suppressed or pushed aside, and experience them from the perspective of soul.
These memories and emotions can then be released and processed, allowing us to move through them and gain a greater understanding of ourselves and our relationship to the divine and the divine parts of ourselves.
There’s a therapist I see from time to time who uses Brainspotting.
During a session with her I started out by talking about how I was feeling all alone on my path.
Using Brainspotting she had me focus on a spot in the room that was drawing my attention.
After a bit I started to feel this great expansion in my body and being.
I suddenly became aware that I was surrounded by a throng of beings in the spiritual realm who were all watching me, cheering me on and wishing me well.
That experience has had a profound and lasting impact on me.
Additionally, Brainspotting can help us to cultivate a more positive relationship with our physical body.
By focusing on the body and its sensations, we can begin to cultivate a sense of embodied presence and connection to the divine.
This can help us to move through our pain, allowing us to gain insight and understanding of ourselves and our spiritual path.
Finally, Brainspotting can be a powerful tool for cultivating a sense of self-compassion and self-love.
By allowing us to access and process our stored trauma and emotions, we can begin to cultivate a sense of acceptance and understanding of ourselves.
This can then help us to move through our pain and create a healthier relationship with ourselves.
Overall, Brainspotting is an incredibly powerful tool for spiritual growth and evolution.
By allowing us to access our stored trauma and emotions, we can begin to heal and cultivate a healthier relationship with ourselves and the divine.
Additionally, Brainspotting can help us to cultivate a sense of embodied presence and self-love, allowing us to move through our pain and gain insight into our spiritual journey.
I want to give a shout out to Pacific Training Center where I took my Brainspotting training and where I got certified to practice Brainspotting.
Lisa Larson was the head trainer.
She’s got years of clinic experience applying Brainspotting to a wide variety of clients, from children to adults, from those trying to set new goals to those trying to heal addiction.
To get certified we completed a three day intensive program which included lectures on history, theory and research behind the technique, an introduction to the practical application of the therapy and an analysis of the different techniques and protocols used in the practice.
We practiced our new on ourselves and on other participants during the training in order to learn how to use the process effectively.
I highly recommend that anyone interested in Brainspotting on any level check out Pacific Training Center and Lisa Larson.
