You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. You must learn to see the world anew.Often Attributed To Albert Einstein
It took me a while to understand that when I’m feeling stuck in my body and/or my life, I’m experiencing the razor edge of a potential shift between an old, outdated version of myself and a new one, more aligned with my true nature.
On that razor’s edge is the REAL metaverse, the one that Zuckerberg stole his idea from.
Today I want to spend time talking about healing in the metaverse.
I want to touch on the cyclical nature of the universe, both on a grand scale and on the level of the individual human.
We will also take a look at how we all need connections and can’t always do everything ourselves.
Healing often requires getting help from someone who can escort us to the place in our consciousness where healing can take place.
As the quote goes that is often attributed to Albert Einstein, “You can’t solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. You must learn to see the world anew.”
Ultimately the metaverse is the place where we are able to step back from our story and realize that we were looking at the world through a lens.
When we can observe the lens we see how it was the lens that created the story.
There are many lenses to look through.
The Universe is always in a state of ebb and flow.
You can see this is the changing seasons and the ocean tides.
This fluctuation goes down to the human level.
Have you noticed how there are times when the world seems like it is full of possibilities?
You are happy and confident and feel like you can take on anything.
Then, you hit a cycle where it seems like nothing is going right.
You don’t see how it will change.
The cause can vary from one person to another.
For me, it is often related to financial matters.
My business will hit a slow period and I start to sink into despair.
My thoughts start to focus more and more often on this lack.
The more you focus on the lack in your life, the bigger that lack grows.
As Tony Robbins says, “Energy goes, where attention flows.”
Eventually, the lack you see grows so large that you can’t find your way out.
You can’t pull yourself out alone, you need help getting to a place where you can view things from a wider perspective.
At this point, the universe normally sends someone who can help, you just need to be willing.
I will get to my own experience with this in a minute but we must first talk about where that place of healing is.
If you prefer to watch videos, below is a video I made on healing in the real metaverse:
…or listen to the audio podcast version and/or look for the BioSoul Integration Podcast wherever you listen to your audio podcasts:
Mark Zuckerberg had an inkling of how we all need to make connections with others so he started Facebook.
The evolution of the Universe is always nudging things toward greater complexity and greater connection.
I always believed Zuckerberg had tapped into that consciousness when he created FaceBook.
He did it in the virtual world, though.
Unfortunately, corporate greed and things took over and tarnished his original idea of a place where all could be connected and everything was possible.
It’s the same with his current concept of the metaverse.
It’s actually a thing that exists in reality.
It is a place where we can observe the other realities we could be living.
We only need to be able to change our consciousness.
I’ve talked before about my experience twenty years ago when I was a new graduate and felt like a fraud because I was trained to heal others yet I was living in a dark place.
The universe sent me help by way of a friend who suggested a woman who did this network chiropractic thing.
After about fifteen sessions with her, I experienced a profound awakening where I was overwhelmed by gratitude.
Life went through its cycling again and recently I found myself in that dark place again.
I was not seeing any way out and needed help to find that place of gratitude that I knew existed.
The Universe stepped in again.
I belong to a group that pairs up podcasters with guests and I was put into the path of Drasco Raicevic.
He offered me a free coaching session as long as I allowed him to record it.
As we talked, Drasco made me realize that I was operating through a lens of being broken—living in the broken-me universe.
We often do this.
We think “I am a failure.” “I don’t deserve love, success, etc.”
I was operating from inside that world.
Drasco pointed out that there existed another world that could be seen through a different lens.
In that world, I was not broken.
I was capable of having anything I wanted, doing anything I wanted.
These two worlds, the broken one and the whole one exist at the same time.
His mentioning it created just enough relaxation in my mind around the old way of being that I was able to step back from it.
From that place I could see both realities—that place is the metaverse.
A shift in perspective gave me access to all these worlds.
This is true for everyone.
You may need help getting to that open space where the possibilities are endless, but we each live in the metaverse and don’t have to operate from only the place where we see ourselves as broken.
I don’t know yet how we can access each of these options at will, but I know they exist, so I know there is a way.
The things we are experiencing at any given moment are dictated by the lens we’re looking through.
Often we can’t see past the pain of the moment and need the help of others to show us that there is a place, the metaverse, where we can choose from many other ways to exist.
Healing in the metaverse can take place easily if we can get to that place where we can see the possibilities.
They are there waiting for us to discover them.
Here’s a personalized guide I’ve created that can help you stand back from your current lens and start seeing the lenses.
