Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

Here’s a video I made revealing the 6 parts of the spine, sacrum included, and their significance:

The sacrum, a triangular-shaped bone located at the base of your spine, plays a pivotal role in your spiritual and physical well-being.
While often overshadowed by more prominent parts of the body, the sacrum holds deep spiritual significance, acting as a bridge between your physical self and your soul’s purpose.
The sacrum is more than just a bone; it is the foundation of your connection to your true identity and your life’s purpose.
When the energy from your sacrum flows freely through your body, particularly through your heart, you gain a clearer sense of who you are and why you are here.
This connection allows you to live authentically, aligned with your true self and your unique purpose in this world.
However, the journey to fully embracing this connection is often fraught with challenges.
From a young age, you may have received subtle or overt messages from parents, caregivers, or society that who you are and why you’re here is not acceptable.
These messages, whether conscious or unconscious, can lead you to suppress or sequester your true self, creating tension in your sacrum and blocking the flow of energy that is essential to your spiritual and physical health.
When you disconnect from your sacrum’s energy, you may find yourself adopting someone else’s version of who you are and why you should be here.
This can manifest as tension in the sacrum, a physical representation of the inner conflict between your true self and the persona you feel pressured to adopt.
This struggle often becomes more apparent during a certain stage of life, typically between the ages of 28 and 35.
During this time, many people begin to question their inherited identities and the “shoulds” that have shaped their lives.
This period of differentiation is a crucial step in unraveling the layers of external expectations and reconnecting with the true essence of who you are and why you’re here.
Healing and reconnecting with the sacrum involves allowing yourself to feel and embrace your true identity, regardless of past conditioning or societal expectations.
This process requires you to connect to the tension held in your sacrum, open your heart and integrate the energy flowing from this vital part of your body.
As you do this, you begin to shed the old identities and “shoulds” that no longer serve you, making room for a more authentic and fulfilling expression of who you are.
The sacrum’s spiritual meaning is a reminder that you have the power to reclaim your true self and live in alignment with your soul’s purpose.
The sacrum’s spiritual significance lies in its role as a connector between your physical body and your soul’s true purpose.
By understanding and nurturing this connection, you can gain clarity about who you are and why you’re here, leading to a more authentic and purposeful life.
